Monday’s “Make it at home”

Iced Oatmilk Butterscotch Latte with Salted Caramel Cold Foam

For today’s “make it at home” coffee, I’m bringing you an iced oat milk butterscotch latte topped with salted caramel cold foam – and trust me, it’s a 10/10 in my book! It’s the perfect balance of light, sweet, and refreshing.

Ingredients:

  • 2 shots of LavAzza Crema E Aroma espresso
  • 3/4 cup oat milk
  • 1 oz Monin Butterscotch Syrup
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream (for the foam)
  • 2 tbsp oat milk (for the foam)
  • Salted caramel (for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Brew 2 shots of LavAzza Crema E Aroma espresso.
  2. In a glass, combine the brewed espresso, oat milk, and butterscotch syrup. Stir well.
  3. For the salted caramel cold foam, froth together the heavy cream, oat milk, and a drizzle of salted caramel until smooth and to your consistency
  4. Pour the iced latte mixture into a glass filled with ice, then top with the salted caramel cold foam.
  5. Drizzle extra salted caramel on top – if you’d like 🙂
