Brewing a Life of Faith, Wellness, and Purpose

Hi, and thank you for taking the time for visiting my new blog!

My name is Julie and I am a 47 year old wife, mom, grandmother aka Lola, and nurse. I have a beautiful blended family that I love dearly.

My life has been a mix of faith, chaos, growth and most of all continued changes.

In my 20’s and 30’s I was a young mom and in no way knew what I was doing. With this came a lot of mistakes.

One thing I never struggled with at that time of my life was, my purpose. I knew, it was raising my children and making sure they knew that I loved them unconditionally. Trust me, they tested this unconditional love often.

This blog is to rejuvenate my purpose.

My husband and I have a beautiful empty nest, but I often struggle with my purpose now that our children are grown, and our grandchildren are growing up too.

I have prayed a lot about this, and asked God to show me my purpose where I am now in life.

My heart is a servants heart. I want to help when and where I can. I love to advocate for my patients and family too.

I want to share that it’s okay to not always know what to do and sometimes growth can be hard while also being rewarding.

I want to fuel my mind, body and spirit with the good stuff and share that as I do.

Life is short, so let’s have faith, grow in wellness and do it over a great cup of homemade coffee!
